2. Design

Working one-on-one with your client services professional, we’ll help define your configuration plan based on industry best practices and our specific recommendations for your business.


3. Migration

If you’ve been working with another tool or using spreadsheets, we can easily migrate your data using our automated tools. And if you’re integrating with Salesforce.com, this is when we’ll help your Salesforce Administrator install our AppExchange package.


4. Training

Once we have your confirmation that everything looks good, we’ll provide training for your administrator, program managers and other stakeholders, so everyone can begin using Boulder Logic.


5. Mentoring

After your deployment, your dedicated client service professional will be available to guide you in one-on-one sessions to make sure you stay on the path to success. And if you ever encounter a technical problem, our live support help desk is there to help.


6. Checkup

Your roll-out will also include a ninety-day follow up, to validate that you’re achieving the expected results and make adjustments accordingly.
