Sr. Web UI Designer/Developer
Boulder Logic is specialist in customer marketing and sales tools delivered as hosted SaaS solutions. We’ve been in business since 2003 and have an established client base of medium and large organization, including Siemens, Citrix, Avaya, and ADP.
We have a darn cool, fresh new product in the works. It’s an entirely new platform built using the latest cloud computing technologies. Our aim is to change the way that organizations interact with customers and prospects. This is a hot space and our approach is unique. We are looking for a strong web UI/UX design and development professional to work on the UI. This is a 3 month contractor position (possible contract-to-hire). Your role is the one that will define and develop the User Interface using the latest Web 2.0 technologies.
You’ll be working directly with just few key members of our engineering and product management team directly and your input to the design and user experience will be critical to this new initiative. This is remote contract opportunity.
You will be able to work from your own home or office. US only.
Here are the skills we are looking for:
HTML / CSS (Expert):
- Solid Web UI design,
- Portfolio of past work
Javascript (Expert):
- Using JSON Services,
- REST,
- JSON Security
- At least one popular JS framework: jQuery, Dojo, Prototype
Google App Engine (At least genuinely curious) :
Potentially helpful web frameworks (Either one, just enough to handle basic tasks):
- Python: Django, web2py, CherryPy, Pylons
- Java: Struts 2, Wicket, Spring MVC
