Client Services Manager
Boulder Logic is a privately funded software company based in Boulder, Colorado. We provide a specialized web application to help our clients increase their marketing impact and close more sales by better leveraging the testimonials of their existing customers. We are seeking a customer-centric, Client Services Manager to define and deliver client engagements pre-sales through deployment. This position is a great opportunity to make a substantial contribution to our clients and our team.
Your responsibilities:

Leading all aspects of our client deployments including business discovery, solution configuration, integration, data import, training, and ongoing helpdesk support to ensure their success.

Defining and developing new revenue generating services offerings to ensure Boulder Logic can effectively meet the needs of our clients and market.

Participating pre-sales to understand potential client’s needs, demonstrating the value of our offerings, and defining the scope of proposed services engagements.

Developing a trusted advisor relationship with business owners and executives, helping them achieve the potential of the solution.
This role is best filled by someone with:
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead and direct the customer to assist them in their success
- Past experience identifying and billing for professional services
- Talent applying technology to solve business problems
- A willingness to tackle diverse responsibilities in an agile environment
- A desire to travel 20-40%
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years related experience, 2+ years of business/technology consulting preferred
- Understanding of enterprise B2B marketing challenges
- Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, SFA, and ERP) desirable
- BS/BA degree required
Our Location:
- Our headquarters are in Boulder, Colorado. Local candidates preferred, not required. You will work primarily from your home office location.
Compensation:
- Compensation is base and bonus, and has the potential to grow to over six-figure compensation.
- Also includes a 401K with company matching after 12 months.
